Michael is a 1993 graduate of The University of Queensland and brings over 20 years of experience in the hearing industry, having worked with leading global companies and specialized clinics across Australia, the United Kingdom, and Europe. He also founded a full-service audiology practice on the stunning island of Bermuda.

Throughout his career, Michael has held various roles, including the highly rewarding position of Chief Audiologist at the Nuffield Centre, a specialist tertiary referral site for complex peadiatric cases within the Royal National Throat, Nose and Ear Hospital in London. His experience with a hearing aid manufacturer has provided him with valuable insights into the commercial aspects of hearing provision, encompassing local independent practices, large chains, hospital trusts, and the global manufacturing landscape.
